This year's celebration will be held on Friday, May 4 at 7 PM and Saturday, May 5 at 1 & 6:30 PM at the Richard Brunelle Performing Arts Theater.

The Philippines can be a place of impeccable beauty. But through the eyes of a foreigner, it can be an unforgiving country that chews you up and spits you out as it sees fit. Adam, Dre and Amy—3 first generation Fil-Ams—learn this the hard way. Adam, a starry eyed romantic fresh out of college, can never seem to bring home a girl that his traditional, overbearing, Catholic mother can approve of; but when tragedy strikes, Adam decides to change his ways for the sake of his family. As a result, the three hatch a hare-brained idea: Go to the Philippines and find a woman that'll make Adam's family happy.

But upon arrival, Adam and his friends soon find out that without any first-hand experience, just how clueless they really are. Finding the girl of his mother's dreams won't be an easy task when they're thrust into the underbelly of Metro Manila, coming face to face with criminals, poverty, and the unknown dangers of a new land. One wrong move could cost Adam and his friends their lives, or their bank accounts. Will the culture shock prove to be too much? Or will true love reveal itself in the most unexpected of locales before it's too late…
